Human Capital Consultancy

MVPI is your human capital partner, and our primary objective to derive the greatest benefit from your biggest asset – Your People.

We appreciate the challenges faced by businesses trying to find the right skills in the local workforce. Therefore, we encourage businesses to participate in effective and targeted skills development initiatives. Initiatives which offer a beneficial opportunity for businesses to directly impact the developing, current and future workforce. Most importantly we encourage workplaces to embrace opportunities to unemployed learners and/or graduates, where workplace experience is gained, positively impacting on that learner to be more employable.

We are proud to mention that MVPI is a women owned initiative and a proud Level 1 BBBEE Contributor.

Philosophy

Alignment with national strategy

Skills development is encouraged in South Africa, through various legislation including but not limited to SAQA act, Skills Development act and BBBEE. Our purpose is to steer your business through the various opportunities which exists, and together with you, find the skills development interventions which are best suited to your organization and its long-term human resource goals. We believe that businesses in South Africa should play a much broader role in developing a suitable workforce which can sustain their industry into the future. This in turn will impact positively on the overall well-being of a society.

Our ethos upholds the purpose of the National Skills Development Strategy by:

  • Inculcating a spirit of lifelong learning among employees
  • Ensuring equitable access to and participation in education, training, and development activities within the programmes offered within the companies we assist.
  • Facilitating interventions that will lead to the acquisition of competencies enabling employees and future employees to enhance their job or work performance.
  • Providing guidelines with respect to skills development programmes and initiatives for implementation in client companies.
  • Providing for a standardised approach to the implementation of skills development programmes.

We advocate investing in your people through skills development and we help ensure your legislative compliance through the management and submissions of your Workplace Skills plans, Annual Training Reports and Employment Equity Reports.

However, we encourage our clients, to broaden their skills development reach to include possible future industry employees, who are currently unemployed. It is therefore imperative to us, that our client companies understand the impact they can make within their industries through the implementation of Internships and Learnerships. Through these initiatives, companies contribute to making a positive impact to their sector at large.
